Job Details:

Job Title: Avionics Installer I

Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 months)

Pay Rate: $26 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Descriptions:

As an Avionics Installer I, you will play a vital role in assisting with the removal, installation, and fabrication of avionics electrical components.

Responsibilities:

·     Collaborating with the installation team to execute installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components according to blueprints and engineering drawings.

·     Ensuring compliance with company FOD (Foreign Object Debris) program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations.

·     Supporting the completion of tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

·     Maintaining accurate logs and records of work performed.

·     Properly caring for and maintaining shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor.

·     Performing other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

·     High school diploma or GED equivalent.

·     Proficiency in using a Multimeter.

·     Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.

·     Basic computer skills and general software knowledge.

Special Considerations:

·     Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred.

·     Successful completion of a current-year youth apprenticeship program sponsored by Gulfstream in the area of expertise.
