Description:
We have an Excellent Contract position for an Electronics Technician to join a leading Company in Brea, CA.

Pay Rate: $21.00 -$23.00

Job Responsibilities:
• Receives, inspects, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs items coming from customers to get repaired.
• Creates the quote for chargeable repairs, prepares tear-down notes, and prepares the repaired items for shipment.
• Log incoming repairs by creating records of customer units received for repair, including customer name, unit ID, return date, etc.
• Inspect the unit and create a general plan for troubleshooting.
• Test unit and direct and narrow troubleshooting plan.
• Troubleshoot and repair. Determine the exact cause(s) of failure(s) and rectify.
• Prepare and send a quote for chargeable repairs.
• The customer must approve charges for repairs.
• Prepare tear-down notes and complete and sign appropriate documents.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
• High school and/or technical training.
• An entry-level job with little or no prior relevant experience.
